    We ship our crochet items using USPS. All shipping rates for our crochet items are calculated by USPS and determined by the size, shape, and weight of the order.

    We apologize if you receive any damaged crochet items. All damaged orders must be informed about within the first 30 days after purchase. Please contact us as soon as possible so we may assist in finding a solution.
